Rosy is skilled at Business Development and International Partnership Management. With over 25 years’ experience specialising in the education and training sector, she has proven expertise in Business Development, Bid Writing, Managing Projects, Training, and Coaching and Mentoring teams and individuals in many countries across the globe. Rosy has developed successful international partnerships in countries such as India, Libya, Thailand, Bosnia and Sri Lanka. These partnerships provided capacity in education, leadership, teaching and learning, and solutions for work force development. Before it was disbanded due to funding issues in 2018, Rosy was a board member of the Asian Women’s Training Association and managed various projects supporting women and young girls by providing development and empowerment workshops.

During this time Ben has worked for several key industry organisations including Microsoft and Dell, as well as several smaller organisations. Ben spends his time deploying Power BI based solutions that allow customers to make enhanced management decisions based upon real data. Louie Zeegen is a Strategy and Copy Director from London, currently based in Berlin. Over the last decade, Louie has worked as an author for the magazine and blog, People of Print, and as a copywriter and strategist with top design studios including Koto, DesignStudio, Moving Brands and Studio Output. Louie has led brand strategy, naming, architecture, campaign and verbal identity projects for various clients including Airbnb, BBC, Sony, Revolut, Malt, Rapha, Depop, Star India, and WWF, demonstrating a wide range of international and multi-sector B2B project experience.
Lawrence Zeegen is an expert in design thinking, service design, design management and utilises his award-winning international design experience to lead and deliver effective change projects. He has led some of the foremost art, design and media faculties in UK universities, worked across higher education and the creative and cultural sectors and brings his 30+ years of expertise in art, design and media education to various projects, mentoring and coaching. His design and illustration clients include major international newspapers, magazines, book publishers, design studios and advertising agencies. Lawrence’s current research focus is on diversity in the creative industries and on designing for and with Generation Z and Generation Alpha. Lawrence is a fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, a trustee for Creative Conscience and the De La Warr Pavilion and a former trustee for BIMA, British Interactive Media Association, D&AD, the UK’s foremost design and advertising charity, and for ico-D, The International Council of Design.
